This weekend brought rain to the SF bay area, and with it we got the chance of beautiful light between storms. I missed photographing one of the most beautiful sunsets I've seen, but still I enjoyed capturing some of the weather transitions.
Also, after long time trying to photograph the sea palms at Bean Hollow Beach... the conditions were finally there. Low tide to be able to reach the location, and side lighting during sunset... it almost feel like a pre-historical image.
When trying to come up with a title, I had "Sea Palms at Sunset" but my daughter once she saw it she just said it looks like "Dr Seuss' Truffula Trees"... the reason for the alternative title.
